Marcin Cetnarowicz comments for Dziennik Gazeta Prawna selected provisions introduced to the labour law in 2019, i.a. as regards employee records:

The changes, which include reduction of the employee records storage time and acceptability of e-records, is undoubtedly a step in the right direction. As usual, however, the devil is in the details. The new regulation on the employee records does not cease to raise a lot of questions and doubts.
