The Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) has approved the prospectus of Gaming Factory S.A.

The Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) has approved the prospectus of Gaming Factory S.A., with regard to the planned public offering and applying for admission and introduction of shares to trading on the regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW).

Gaming Factory S.A. operates on the video games market, specializing in the production and distribution of games for PC and Nintendo Switch, PlayStation and Xbox consoles. The Company creates and releases adventure games, action games, simulators and tycoon games.

The prospectus was prepared by SSW lawyers from the capital markets team. The project team was led by Szymon Okoń, Ph.D (partner), supported by Dawid Brudzisz (associate), Magdalena Rożek (junior associate) and Rafał Kmiecik (financial analyst).
