Tomasz advises on excise and property tax, as well as on tax disputes and environmental matters. He has represented clients before voivodship administrative courts, the Supreme Administrative Court, the Constitutional Court and the European Court of Human Rights. His consultancy and litigation strategy always take account of his clients’ business objectives. He has experience of working in the administrative courts and at universities. He lectures and publishes in the fields of taxation, the computerisation of administration and on administrative and judicial proceedings.
