  • Project management: advising on restructuring proceedings (to approve a creditors’ arrangement). Helping the arrangement’s supervisors throughout the process, liaising with the debtor and creditors, supervising and coordinating the creditors’ voting on the arrangement
  • Assisting the administrator when the creditors voted on an arrangement in remedial proceedings conducted in a the well-known clothes company Ferax (known as Gatta)
  • Supporting the court supervisor during accelerated arrangement proceedings concerning Warsaw’s Blue City mall
  • Helping to prepare the ResTrue Report 2023 – a report summarising restructuring activities in 2023
