Monika advises on banking transactions and capital markets, with special focus on lending transactions and bond issues. She specialises in domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including infrastructure project financing, acquisitions, real estate purchases and corporate finance transactions. She represents lenders, bondholders, borrowers and issuers, especially those in the following sectors: infrastructure, transport, real estate, technology, media and telecommunications. She advises Polish and foreign banks, financial institutions, local government authorities, private equity funds and entrepreneurs.
