Michał specialises in advising on environmental protection law and investments.

He has been involved in numerous legal due diligence analyses of energy sector projects, including renewable energy projects, and in ongoing consultancy and preparation of legal opinions regarding environmental protection law, investments and constructions, spatial planning, waste management and geological and mining law.

He publishes academic articles and actively participates in academic conferences on environmental protection law and renewable energy.
