In renewables and energy law, he has experience advising on the regulation of offshore and onshore wind farms, photovoltaic power plants, the liquid fuels market, energy companies’ licensing obligations, direct lines, balancing and the power-grid code. He has conducted numerous due diligence analyses, including for CHP plants, biomass power plants, wind farms and photovoltaic power plants. In terms of end users, he deals with the energy economy, particularly energy efficiency, electromobility and the EU ETS. He has helped energy-intensive companies to obtain compensation. He has also advised industrial consumers on their compliance with statutory obligations.
