Malwina specialises in advising on criminal proceedings, both during the pre-trial stage and during court and enforcement proceedings. She conducts criminal cases regarding economic and property crimes, property offences, offences against the person, and crimes related to IP rights, public procurement law and copyright law. Malwina also advises clients, particularly financial institutions, on civil matters, including disputes involving consumers.
