Małgorzata specialises in intellectual property and new technology law.
She provides ongoing legal advice across a broad range of IP and technology matters, including drafting and reviewing IP/TMT agreements, representing clients in proceedings before the EUIPO and the Polish Patent Office, conducting due diligence projects, and supporting brand management and intellectual property protection strategies.
Her practice also encompasses the development of internal governance policies for large organisations and legal oversight of corporate foundations. Małgorzata gained professional experience, among others, at ORLEN S.A.
