Magdalena specialises in litigation involving financial institutions, particular in disputes involving consumers/retail clients.  She also helps clients to implement and supervise amicable dispute resolution projects.

She has experience in compensation cases, including complex cases involving fatal accidents at construction sites, road accidents and in representing victims during criminal trials. Magdalena also advises on civil law disputes, including family and guardianship law.
