Klaudia Gutman

Klaudia specialises in M&A transactions and corporate law. Her work focuses in particular on preparing transaction documentation, including drafts of share and stock purchase agreements, as well as agreements for the sale of businesses or organised parts thereof, together with shareholders’ agreements and corporate documents accompanying transactions.

She also supports clients in day-to-day corporate matters, including the preparation of resolutions, minutes and other documents relating to the operation of corporate bodies. She has experience in preparing legal due diligence reports and corporate summaries for the purposes of transactions and reorganisations.

Klaudia works with both Polish and international clients, including companies across a range of sectors and private investors, assisting in the execution of transactional and corporate projects.
