Karolina specialises in commercial law, mergers and acquisitions transactions and providing corporate services to companies. Her advisory services primarily support clients in their day-to-day corporate matters and concern the operational activities of investment funds’ portfolio companies. She also advises on group reorganisations and transactional projects, participating in due diligence, co-drafting transaction documentation and assisting at the post-transaction stage. Her experience includes drafting legal opinions and memoranda regarding various aspects of commercial law. Her clients include private businesses from a range of industries, including both national and international corporations, investment funds/PE/VC, and private individuals.
