Kamila specialises in advising on data protection law and e-commerce. She provides day-to-day advice to commercial law companies. She prepares documentation, drafts and reviews contracts concerning various stages of entrepreneurial activities and represents clients in litigation. She is currently representing leading banks in Poland in numerous litigation proceedings and in mediation processes before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
