Joanna Sępkowska

Joanna advises on capital markets, infrastructure and energy projects, natural resources, securities and public companies. She advises Polish and foreign banks, particularly as regards infrastructure projects and issuing debt instruments. She has advised both lenders and borrowers on various financing projects. She has extensive experience in preparing and negotiating finance documents, especially loan agreements, bond issue programmes, security documents and inter-creditor agreements.
