Honorata is responsible for advising and supporting all aspects of our HR department. She is experienced in both soft and hard HR. Honorata’s main areas of competence are, among others, developing, implementing and supervising HR procedures, conducting recruitment and hiring procedures, coordinating and co-organizing trainings, cooperating with middle and senior management on the employee reclassifications and promotions, budget preparation and supervision, employee development, EB activities etc.
