Helena’s experience includes advising on disputes in the real estate market.

She has successfully advised clients in disputes related to the determination of the damages resulting from local development plans, proceedings for infringement of personal rights, as well as reprivatisation proceedings.

She advises on criminal law cases, in particular white collar crimes, as well as on bankruptcy and restructuring matters for both creditors and debtors.

She has unique experience in solving disputes at the pre-court stage, acquired during the development of a strategy for the dismissal of former members of the management board in one of the largest groups of companies in Poland, targeted at the elimination of the cause for a dispute between the majority shareholder and a group of management board members.

Advised the client in the dispute with a financial institution in connection with improper performance of so-called option agreements by the Bank. The value of the object of litigation is EUR 17,000,000.

Advised the client in negotiations related to pursuing compensation claims against a depository bank of one of the leading investment funds in Poland. The value of the object of litigation is EUR 1,500,000.
