Filip specialises in energy law, with a particular focus on renewables and electromobility. He negotiates and verifies power purchase agreements (PPAs), including corporate PPAs and virtual PPAs, as well as agreements for the sale of guarantees of origin.

He supports clients in proceedings before the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (UER) to obtain concessions for the generation of electricity from renewable energy sources. He advises clients on support schemes for the sale of electricity from renewable energy sources.

He also has extensive experience in transactional advice regarding, among others, four portfolios of photovoltaic farms, as well as the preparation of due diligence reports for transactions and financing. He has also been involved in providing legal support for energy product launches, including those related to electromobility.

Filip also supports clients in the energy sector with aspects related to day-to-day operations, including issues in the areas of corporate, civil, commercial, and real estate law.
