Federico is an internationally recognised legal strategist with more than 25 years of experience advising clients across high-growth sectors and complex jurisdictions. His practice has consistently focused on international legal complexity – often serving as a translator between common law and civil law systems, and between business imperatives and legal risk.

Federico is native fluent in English and Spanish and is professionally fluent in French and conversant in Turkish and Polish. He is licensed to practice in New York and England and Wales and is also registered as a European lawyer in Ireland. This multi-jurisdictional practice profile allows Federico to advise across U.S., UK, EU, and offshore frameworks, and to bring comparative regulatory insight into client strategy and transactional structuring.

He has lived and practiced in New York, London, Cairo, Dubai and Warsaw, and has led client relationships and legal teams across Latin America, the U.S., the Arab Gulf, Turkey, and Europe. His ability to engage stakeholders across languages and cultures has made him an effective bridge in multinational and multicultural transactions.

Federico’s legal practice spans capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, regulatory strategy, and commercial contracts. He has acted as counsel in landmark equity and debt offerings in the Middle East, the CIS, Eastern Europe, and Latin America, and represents private equity firms, bidders, and targets in high-value cross-border M&A and Private Equity transactions. Federico also boasts extensive experience and expertise in the fast-evolving area of crypto law and frontier regulatory fields such as blockchain, DAOs, and Web3 technologies.

He previously served as a partner at Greenberg Traurig LLP before founding the Warsaw office of Rimon Law, where he led a local team and managed European legal work for U.S. and Latin American clients. In that role, he also integrated his earlier Ventures – including a Warsaw-based investment boutique and business consultancy – into a cohesive multi-disciplinary service, among others supporting American financial institutions in their expansion into Europe.

A published legal author and educator, Federico has written on international capital markets, regulatory change, and token-based governance systems. He also conducts a private seminar on Plato’s Republic, using the classical dialogue as a tool to explore modern ethical and political dilemmas – a personal project that mirrors his professional belief in open, thoughtful dialogue.
