Ewa Załęska

Ewa specialises in proceedings before the common courts and arbitration tribunals. She focuses primarily on commercial proceedings, particularly commercial litigation, M&A, commercial contracts and proceedings to annul or enforce arbitral awards. She also has experience in negotiating real estate transactions, conducting tender proceedings and representing clients before the National Chamber of Appeal and labour courts.
