Artur advises on projects concerning the regulation of alcoholic beverages. He assists national and international manufacturers, distributors and retailers on all aspects of alcohol law, including, among others, compliance with licensing and other legal requirements, government relations and representation, commercial policies and customs issues. He also advises on administrative and enforcement proceedings, e-commerce and internet marketing, protecting IP rights, complying with marketing and advertising laws, tax compliance and planning, environmental laws, laws on land and water use. His wide scope of competences ensures the highest quality of customer service and enables him to recommend quick, creative and practical solutions.
He also specialises in all issues concerning real estate deals, including real property investments, obtaining administrative permits to develop and use real estate, and wind farm construction projects. He has frequently represented national and foreign clients during major privatisation and investment projects in Poland.
