Anna specialises in Polish and EU environmental law, spatial planning and investment projects. She advises clients in the industrial and energy sectors, with a particular focus on waste management and regulatory requirements relating to the development and implementation of investment projects.
She assists clients in obtaining environmental decisions, investment permits and other administrative approvals required for their projects. Anna also has experience in conducting legal due diligence on renewable energy projects, including wind farms, photovoltaic installations, energy storage facilities, and biomethane and biogas projects.
