Aleksandra specialises in transfer pricing. She deals with the preparation of transfer pricing documentation, based on Polish regulations and OECD recommendations. In addition, she prepares benchmarking analyses for service and goods transactions, using Polish and international databases.
She also has experience in the area of civil litigation, including litigation of financial institutions, as well as tax litigation and tax advice in the area of customs law and corporate income tax.
She works particularly with clients in the software and development industries.
