Ewa specialises in litigation and criminal law. She also represents clients in criminal proceedings before courts of all instances, including the Supreme Court. She has experience in proceedings involving economic crimes, fraud, theft of property, organised crime groups, trafficking in drugs and non-excise goods. She has represented both defendants and victims. She currently specialises in representing banks in litigation with consumers. She uses her negotiation skills, gained from years of court practice, to facilitate the amicable resolution of disputes. She participates in projects using new technology and artificial intelligence, implementing solutions to improve lawyers’ work.
