Success University – how we help
We are involved in a Polish educational and vocational training project entitled the “Success University” organised by the Digital University Foundation. Its goal is to support girls and young women from orphanages and childcare facilities to enter the employment market.
“From the very beginning we knew that the project is both very difficult and very necessary. People from orphanages are often left alone after they become adults. Also, it is much more difficult for them to receive education when compared to other children. Our goal is to help the most talented girls with an enthusiasm for learning to find their place in a world dominated by technologies,” said Jadwiga Michalska, the President of the Digital University Foundation.
“We decided to engage in the Success University project because its assumptions correspond to our approach and values. Sharing our knowledge and experience, we can help young women to build substantive competences in the legal aspects of new technologies. Every day, we can observe the way technology transforms almost every aspect of our reality. We wish to provide the young generation with the ability to efficiently and legitimately operate in the digital reality,” said Katarzyna Solarz, partner at SSW Pragmatic Solutions.
“All people deserve a good start in their adult life, so we decided to join the Success University project. It is very important to me personally that the project is addressed to young girls because I know the challenges we all face while building our position on the market and in a company,” said Barbara Lenarcik, marketing and business development director at SSW Pragmatic Solutions.
