SSW’s lawyers advised Bainbridge Poland on the sale of Bemowo Shopping Center

SSW Pragmatic Solutions’ lawyers provided comprehensive legal and tax advice to Bainbridge Poland on the sale (as a share deal) of Bemowo Shopping Center.

Bemowo Shopping Center opened in 1999. It is a facility with a leasable area of approximately 30,000 sq.m. It has over 70 stores and service points and approx. 950 parking spaces. Its main tenants are Carrefour, Cinema City, RTV Euro AGD, Orsay, CCC, Yes, Vision Express, Pizza Hut.
