SSW Pragmatic Solutions advised Letbek on the lease of a production hall from SEGRO

SSW Pragmatic Solutions’ Real Estate team has advised Letbek, a Danish plastic recycling company, on the lease of an 8,400 sq m production hall in Komorniki near Poznań. 

The complex, which includes the space leased by Letbek, is under construction. It is an investment by SEGRO, a developer recognised in the market. The building will be completed in the second quarter of 2023. 

The lease negotiations were led by Andrzej Włoch, partner of SSW’s Real Estate team. 

Letbek was founded in 1973 and is involved in creating products from recycled plastic. The company’s aim is to recycle and use renewable materials for as long as possible.
