SSW Law Firm Boosts M&A Practice with New Team Headed by Monika Szczotkowska

SSW is pleased to announce a significant enhancement to its M&A practice. A new partner, Monika Szczotkowska, joins SSW, along with a team of specialists: Damian Gierasimczuk (Associate), Aleksandra Król (Associate), Miłosz Zolich (Paralegal), and Weronika Noweta (Legal Assistant).

Monika Szczotkowska is an expert in M&A and joint venture advisory, bringing extensive experience in executing transactions for a variety of investors, including private equity (PE) funds, venture capital (VC) funds, infrastructure funds, and strategic investors. She has successfully completed numerous multi-jurisdictional projects and capital markets-related transactions.

Damian Gierasimczuk focuses on M&A transactions in the manufacturing, energy, and new technology sectors, advising founders, investors, and private equity funds. He also has experience in capital markets law, supporting public companies and IPO issuers.

Aleksandra Król, an expert in M&A transactions and commercial contracts in the defense sector, coordinates due diligence processes and negotiates transaction documentation.

Miłosz Zolich supports the team by assisting in the drafting of transactional documentation and contracts, as well as legal research, his main areas of interest include commercial and civil contract law.
