SSW expands its German Desk

SSW Pragmatic Solutions expands its German Desk – addressing the needs of our  clients  from German-speaking countries. The extended practice will be headed by Arkadiusz Rumiński, who joined SSW as a partner.

The key role in the implementation of SSW’s strategy will be played by Arkadiusz Rumiński, a new partner in the company, who will lead the German Desk. Recently lawyers from SSW’s German desk  developed a guide for German investors – Warum Polen? (Why Poland?).

Arkadiusz Rumiński, German attorney-at-law, is specialized in advice in M&A projects related to the takeovers of banks, commercial enterprises and companies operating in various sectors (particularly PE / VC, e-commerce, media and FinTech). He advised investors (including start-up) on entering the Polish market in analyzing the feasibility of investment projects, in terms  of regulatory matters, including those related to data protection, finance and banking. Counsel Rumiński’s areas of professional interest also include aspects of  EU law, including competition and distribution law, as well as consumer law and gambling sector. He often speaks at Private Equity conferences held in Central Europe.
