SSW advised on a squeeze-out and subsequent delisting of shares in Stelmet S.A.

Stelmet S.A. completed a squeeze-out, followed by the withdrawal of its shares from public trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE). Stanisław Bieńkowski – the main shareholder of Stelmet S.A. – purchased all shares which had previously belonged to minority shareholders.

Stelmet produces and distributes wooden garden architecture. It debuted on the WSE in 2016.
