SSW acts as a collateral administrator for Mosty Magazyny Energii’s PLN 100 million green bond issuance

SSW supported Mosty Magazyny Energii, part of Grupa Mosty, by acting as collateral administrator in its recent green bond issuance worth PLN 100 million.

The funds raised will be allocated to the development of advanced energy‑storage infrastructure. Key investments include the construction of a Load Frequency Control (LFC) node to enable automated frequency and power regulation, as well as battery systems with a total capacity of 225 MWh and power output of 68 MW.

The bonds were offered exclusively to institutional investors, with demand significantly exceeding the issue size. IPOPEMA Securities acted as sole coordinator and bookrunner for the transaction.
