SSW advised on the financing of a prestigious investment in Gdańsk on Polski Hak

SSW Pragmatic Solutions’ lawyers comprehensively advised Baytree Real Estate Opportunities Limited (BREOL) on the financing of a real estate acquisition and developing a project in a prestigious location in Gdańsk, at the mouth of the Motława river and the Martwa Wisła river.

The project, implemented as a joint venture in cooperation with Capital Park Group, envisages the development of a residential area at Polski Hak. It will have a commercial and services area, plus a generally-accessible recreational zone. The author of the winning architectural concept of the competition for land development is JEMS Architekci studio. 

SSW helped the Client to negotiate and implement a Joint Venture Agreement and to negotiate a Development Management Agreement. 

BREOL is a Gibraltar-based self-managed alternative investment fund which aims to organise and promote private equity investment. 

Capital Park Group is a property investment and development company operating on the Polish real estate market. It is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Capital Park Group was advised in the project by Greenberg Traurig law firm.
