Joanna specialises in advising on real estate law. She advises on all stages of real estate transactional projects, including pre-transactional due diligence, preparing transaction documents and providing post-transaction advice. She has experience in representing clients before courts and administrative authorities in proceedings related to real estate law in its broadest sense, as well as advising on day-to-day commercial issues.

  • Advising Baytree Real Estate Opportunities Limited (BREOL) on financing a property acquisition and development transaction. The project is a joint venture with Capital Park Group. It involves developing a residential development with retail and commercial space and a publicly accessible recreational area at Polski Haka. Joanna helped to negotiate and implement the JV agreement and negotiated the Development Management Agreement
  • Conducting due diligence into legal titles to properties required to conduct extraction activities, then supporting PGNiG in its discussions with the National Agricultural Support Centre regarding the merger of PGNiG and PKN Orlen in respect of the company’s domestic extraction (upstream) activities
  • Advising the Kom-Eko Group on real estate issues related to acquiring an asbestos landfill site
  • Advising Waimea Holding on a project to construct a warehouse-logistics-production centre in Rzepin. The subject of the transaction included 2 warehouse halls with a total area of approx. 52,000 m2, which were commercialised and released to a tenant
