Patrycja Goździowska is a winner in the tax ranking of Rzeczpospolita daily

We are happy to announce that Patrycja Goździowska, a partner at SSW Pragmatic Solutions, became a laureate of the  13th Polish Ranking of Tax Consulting Companies in the PIT tax category.

Our expert was awarded  the ranking by the jury for her groundbreaking consulting projects, which  she realised  with our Tax team in 2018. This included, support for individual investors with the proper arrangement of the  principles of cooperation and the settlement rules of a joint undertaking, including elements of trust, in the scope of obtaining financing for the acquisition, and distribution of the profits from the subsequent sale of the land. The second project conducted by Patrycja, which was appreciated by the jury, concerned a case conducted on behalf of a client – a naturalized citizen, who was earning  an income through a Slovak personal partnership. The dispute with the revenue authorities was ended in court – when the Province Administrative Court accepted our arguments regarding the application of  tax law in this case.
