New shares in PGS Software S.A. are introduced to trading on the WSE. SSW Pragmatic Solutions was the company’s legal advisor in the process.

The Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) admitted and introduced I-series shares in PGS Software S.A. to trading on the regulated market. SSW’s experts supported the company in proceedings before the WSE and the Central Securities Depository of Poland (KDPW).

PGS Software S.A. is one of Poland’s most renowned software houses. It cooperates with over 650 experts.

The process of introducing new shares to trading was supported by SSW’s Capital Markets team. The project team was led by Szymon Okoń Ph.D. (partner), supported by Tomasz Kwaśniewski (associate), Dawid Brudzisz (associate) and Piotr Mordzonek.
