Modern spaces, new possibilities – SSW changes its Warsaw office

SSW’s new office will be located in the Rondo ONZ 1 building in Warsaw, on the 27th and 28th floors. The company will have 3,076 m² of space at its disposal.

“After 15 years, our current office has naturally evolved into a patchwork of spaces that has grown with us. We are not leaving Rondo 1, where we work very comfortably, but moving higher up. The new location will allow us to better integrate our team, improve working comfort, and provide an outstanding client experience in Warsaw’s city centre,” says Piotr Spaczyński, Managing Partner at SSW.

“We want to create an avant-garde office space on the 27th and 28th floors. It will offer modern amenities for our team’s daily work, attract young talent, and at the same time ensure the highest level of service for our clients,” comments Patrycja Goździowska, Partner at SSW.

The new space will span over 3,000 m² across two floors connected by an internal staircase. It will include workspaces, a large open client area, a conference zone, a business lounge, as well as wellbeing and chill-out areas.

The Colliers team – in particular Paweł Skalba, Sebastian Bedekier, Katarzyna Włodek-Makos and Marcin Łachmański – supported SSW throughout the lease transaction process, helping define the functions and layout of the new office space. SSW team members will also be involved in designing their future workplaces, which further highlights the unique nature of the project.

The landlord of the space is DWS Group, which has over 60 years of experience in providing integrated investment solutions and aspires to be one of the world’s leading asset managers.

The relocation to the new office at Rondo ONZ 1 is scheduled for mid-2025.
