Joanna Wieczorek, our aviation law expert, was a speaker at High Level Conference on Drones in Amsterdam on 28 th of November. She presented legal challenges for the U-Space on the Polish and European market. She talked about air law, data protection law, intellectual property issues and drone’s certification. Her lecture was a part of Polish seminar organised by CEDD / Central European Drone Demonstrator.
CEDD is an initiative aiming to integrate the environment of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). CEDD encourages a better cooperation between producers, service providers, customers and regulators, within the growing new branch of economy, i.e. U-Space.
Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (PANSA), metropolitan union of municipalities of Upper Silesia and Zagłębie (Metropolis GZM) are responsible for CEDD’s creation and development.
