European Games Law Update: Consumer Law – webinar with SSW expert, Jakub Kubalski

The League of European Video Game Lawyers (LVL) organised a webinar to discuss this matter and present perspectives of different national laws. Yesterday lawyers and game industry entrepreneurs met in gather.town – a virtual game-like space for conferences.

Jakub Kubalski, SSW expert, presented Polish perspective on the EU consumer law. Participants could also listen to specialists from France, the UK, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, and Spain.
