Delisting of WDB Brokerzy Ubezpieczeniowi S.A. finalised. SSW Pragmatic Solutions acted as legal advisor in the process

Following a decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, WDB Brokerzy Ubezpieczeniowi S.A. completed the process of delisting its shares from NewConnect (alternative trading system maintained by Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A.). Prior to delisting, the Company’s key shareholders performed a squeeze-out of minority shareholders.

WDB Brokerzy Ubezpieczeniowi S.A. is a licensed insurance broker, whose history spans over 20 years. The Company’s shares had been listed on NewConnect since 2010.

SSW’s lawyers from the Capital Markets team comprehensively advised WDB Brokerzy Ubezpieczeniowi S.A. on the squeeze-out and delisting process, including the handling the proceedings before the PFSA, WSE and KDPW.
