Andrzej Włoch – new Partner at SSW

A new partner, Andrzej Włoch, has joined SSW Pragmatic Solutions. He specializes in providing legal advice on real estate projects, transactions to sell or purchase enterprises, assets and companies involved in office, warehouse and retail investments. He has extensive experience in conducting legal audits (due diligence). He has advised developers on construction investments and international investment funds on managing their real estate assets.

Prior to joining SSW, Andrzej gained experience in Dentons, Allen & Overy and Clifford Chance.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw.
