Alert – remote work and sobriety test – are you prepared for regulatory changes?
The legislative procedure has finished, as regards amendments to the Labour Code’s provisions on remote work and sobriety tests. On 27 January 2023, the President signed the amendment and on 6 February 2023, the law was published in the Journal of Laws. This means that we know the specific dates on which the new provisions will enter into force.
These two dates are worth marking into your calendar:
- 21 February 2023 – entry into force of provisions regarding sobriety tests (DOWNLOAD THE FILE) 🔗
- 7 April 2023 – entry into force of provisions on remote work (DOWNLOAD THE FILE) 🔗.
Not much time remains to implement these new rules into your corporate policies – several intensive weeks of work lie ahead.
