Marita specialises in M&A transactions and corporate law. She advises strategic investors, corporate groups and entrepreneurs on domestic and cross-border acquisitions and disposals of companies, equity investments and joint venture projects.
She advises on the structuring of transactions, coordinates due diligence processes, and prepares and negotiates transaction documentation, including in particular share purchase agreements (SPAs), shareholders’ agreements (SHAs) and investment agreements. She supports clients throughout all stages of a transaction, from initial preparation through to signing and completion.
Marita also has experience in corporate reorganisations, corporate finance and advising on corporate governance matters and shareholder relations. She works with clients across a broad range of sectors, including financial services, energy, technology and telecommunications, transport and logistics, e-mobility, real estate, healthcare and construction.
