SSW advised Uniper and negotiated EPC and O&M contracts for three solar projects in Poland

SSW provided comprehensive legal support to Uniper in connection with the development of three new solar projects in Poland: Pakość, Kłodawa, and Domanowo, with a total installed capacity of approximately 57 MWp. SSW’s work included drafting and negotiating Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts, as well as Operation and Maintenance (O&M) agreements for the solar farms.

Electricity generation from the projects is expected to commence in 2028. The projects form part of Uniper’s renewable energy growth strategy and its broader commitment to expanding its portfolio of renewable energy assets in Poland.

At SSW, Uniper was advised and represented in the contract negotiations by Hubert Wysoczański, PhD, Partner – Head of the Infrastructure Team, and Katarzyna Cybulska, Counsel in the Infrastructure Team.
