Mateusz specialises in restructuring and insolvency, as well as banking and finance.
He advises clients at various stages of restructuring and insolvency proceedings. He supports both creditors and debtors in the development and implementation of turnaround and reorganisation strategies. He has been involved in some of the largest cross-border restructuring transactions, advising on the transaction, including its key Polish law elements.
He also advises on financing projects throughout all stages of a transaction. His experience includes drafting and negotiating finance documents and security documentation, as well as assisting clients in complying with obligations arising under financing arrangements.
