SSW advises on the acquisition of Spectrum Group by Blue Gravity Capital

SSW advised Blue Gravity Capital on the acquisition of a majority stake in Spectrum Group – one of Poland’s largest manufacturers of 3D printing filaments, developing innovative solutions for the additive manufacturing (AM/3D printing) sector.

The SSW team supported the investor at all stages of the transaction, providing comprehensive legal advice, including legal due diligence.

The project was led by Grzegorz Koguciuk and Radosław Niwiński, with support from Karolina Serafin-Mahor and Michał Sujecki.

The transaction marks another step in Spectrum Group’s development and strengthens its position in the additive technologies segment, supporting the company’s further international expansion.
