SSW advised Better Energy Holding A/S and Industriens Pension on landmark 376 MWp solar PV portfolio sale in Poland

SSW has advised Better Energy Holding A/S and Industriens Pension as exclusive legal advisor on the successful sale of a portfolio of nine operational solar photovoltaic plants in Poland, with a total installed capacity of 376 MWp, to Qualitas Energy, a leading global investment platform focused on renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure.

The transaction was carried out on behalf of a joint venture between Better Energy Holding A/S and Industriens Pension and represents one of the largest sales of an operational solar PV portfolio completed on the Polish market to date.

SSW’s role

SSW acted as exclusive legal advisor to the sellers, providing comprehensive legal support throughout the entire transaction process. The firm’s scope of work included, in particular, vendor legal due diligence as well as negotiating and drafting the complete transaction documentation.
