Radosław specialises in civil and commercial law. At SSW, he is involved in the corporate law practice, where he prepares corporate documentation and contracts, as well as drafting legal opinions and memoranda.
He also has experience in transactional advisory work. He participates in M&A transactions, assisting at various stages – from due diligence reviews to the preparation and negotiation of transaction documents, including joint venture agreements (JV), shareholders’ agreements (SHA), preliminary share purchase agreements (PSPA) and share purchase agreements (SPA).
In addition, he provides ongoing legal advice to commercial companies and individual clients, including in matters relating to family foundations.
