SSW advised Eika Real Estate Fund on acquisition of .big office building in Kraków

SSW’s Real estate team advised Eika Real Estate Fund on acquisition of .big, a business centre in Kraków. The property occupies almost 11,000 square metres and is located in the western part of the city centre.

The transaction was led by Karolina Ostrowska, Senior Associate, and Maja Wardzyńska, Associate. The due diligence team included also Tomasz Pietrzyk, Senior Associate, Joanna Perzyna, Senior Managing Associate, Michał Maślak, Senior Managing Associate, and Karolina Potrawka, Associate with Anita Palukiewicz, Partner, overseeing the environmental issues.

Financing aspects of the transaction were handled by Weronika Mielnicka, Associate, as well as Julia Wysocka, Senior Associate, and Krzysztof Jaroń, Associate, under supervision of Piotr Grabarczyk, Partner.
