Modern spaces, new possibilities – SSW changes its Warsaw office

SSW’s new office will be located in the Rondo ONZ 1 building in Warsaw on the 27th and 28th floors. The company will have 3,076 m2 at its disposal. 

“After 15 years, a somewhat patchwork office has emerged in the current location that has grown with us. We are not leaving the Rondo 1 building, where we work very comfortably, but we are moving higher up. The new location will allow us to better integrate our team, increase our working comfort, but also provide an outstanding client experience in Warsaw’s downtown”, says Piotr Spaczyński, Managing Partner at SSW. 

“We want to create an avant-garde office space on the 27th and 28th floors that offers modern amenities for our team’s daily work, attracts young talent and at the same time guarantees the highest level of service to our clients”, comments Patrycja Goździowska, Partner at SSW. 

With an area of over 3,000 m2 on 2 floors connected by an internal staircase, there will be workspaces, a large open client space, a conference area, a business lounge, plus wellbeing and chill out zones. 

The Colliers team, in particular Paweł Skalba, Sebastian Bedekier, Katarzyna Włodek-Makos and Marcin Łachmański, supported SSW during the lease transaction process, defining the functions and solutions of the new office space. SSW’s team members will be involved in designing their future workplaces, which further emphasises the unique nature of this project.  

The lessor of the space is the DWS Group which has over 60 years of experience in providing integrated investment solutions and aspires to be one of the world’s leading asset managers.  

The relocation to the new office at Rondo ONZ 1 is scheduled for mid-2025.
