Michał specialises in advising on environmental protection law and investment and construction process.

He has been involved in numerous legal due diligence analyses of energy sector projects, including renewable energy projects, as well as in ongoing consultancy and preparation of legal opinions regarding environmental protection law, investment process and construction, spatial planning, waste management and circular economy, and geological and mining law.

He has also broadened his experience in environmental law in the United States, where he interned for an organisation providing pro bono legal services in support of the conservation of wildlife and natural resources.

Michał is a PhD candidate in the discipline of legal sciences at the Doctoral School of Social Sciences of the University of Warsaw. He publishes academic articles and actively participates in academic conferences on environmental protection law and renewable energy.
