On 17-18 November, a special conference, Solidarity Arbitration and Mediation Days is organized in Warsaw. In addition to professional speeches by lawyers and arbitration or mediation experts, the event is intended as an expression of solidarity with all those suffering from the war in Ukraine. All income from the conference will be donated to a scholarship fund for Ukrainian students and young lawyers.
The conference is organized by Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw, International Commercial Arbitration Court, European Judges Group for Mediation (GEMME) and Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw.
SSW is one of the conference partners. Our lawyers dr Filip Balcerzak and dr hab. Marcin Asłanowicz are among the speakers.
Filip Balcerzak takes part in a debate panel “Energy Transition and Arbitration: is synergy possible?”. And prof. Marcin Asłanowicz is one of the experts in the discussion “How to effectively use mediation within litigation and arbitration? Novel procedural ideas for the practice of dispute resolution – exploring the ways forward”.
We encourage you to attend this unique conference. The entire programme and registration details can be found here: Solidarity Arbitration and Mediation Days 2022 (sakig.pl)
The conference is organized as a hybrid event with simultaneous translation into Ukrainian, Polish and English.
